  • 1 (32 ounce) box pacific natural foods organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Swanson chicken broth (33% less Sodium Version)
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans green giant southwestern style corn
  • 1 (12 1/2 ounce) can kirkland canned chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons dried chopped onions

  • Heat Red Pepper and Tomato Soup in Pot.
  • Stir in chicken broth, rotel, onions, and corn.
  • Cook chicken in frying pan, minimal oil necessary.
  • Heat to boil, add chicken.
  • Serving Suggestion: 5 broken tortilla chips and a sprinkle of mexican shredded cheese.
