Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix cornmeal and broth.
  2. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in beef, chili powder, cumin, salsa, corn and olives.
  4. Pour into a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW 5-7 hours or until set.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  7. Cover and cook another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
