Fiesta Time Chicken Flautas by Hungry Girl

“Guilt free, easy and so good! This came in an email from the Hungry Girl site. When I make it I leave out the cilantro and salt, use an additional dash of garlic powder and cumin and just a pinch of cayenne. I use Pace Picante in medium heat, and usually replace the fat-free cheese for low-fat. The recipe is easily doubled or trippled. Sometimes the corn tortillas crack upon baking; doesn't impact the taste but not presentation perfect. I serve this with fat-free sour cream and salsa. Yum!”
4 flautas
