- 1 tablespoon fig jam
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
directions
- Spread the fig jam onto the tortillas, add the pistachios and cinnamon and roll them up.
- Fig jam can be found at most middle eastern markets. Fig paste would also work.
