  • 236.59 ml butter
  • 591.47 ml flour
  • 177.44 ml brown sugar
  • 29.58 ml milk
  • 236.59 ml filberts, finely chopped
  • 236.59 ml chocolate wafer

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix butter, flour, sugar and milk.
  2. Add filberts and roll them into small balls and then into 'finger' shapes. The butter will hold the mix together.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and then place on a cooling rack.
  4. Once the cookies are cooled, melt the chocolate and dip either end of the finger. Enjoy!
