Perfection: delicious and oh so easy. Meat was done by 6 hours, and fell away from the bones while eating. The sauce is a thin Carolina-style mop, not a thick, gooey sauce; as a result, the sauce flavors the meat but you aren't forced to actually eat all the calories in the sauce. We're happy to have 2 more recipe's worth of baby back ribs in the freezer. This goes directly into my 2011 Favorites cookbook. Made for 1-2-3 Hits tag.

Fall off the bone perfect ribs. I did have to cut the ribs down to have them fit well in the crock pot but that did not matter. These were perfectly done in 5 1/2 hours so I'm glad I have a crock that turns to keep warm when finished. Loved the flavors and the tenderness. Made in the I Recommend tag game.

I cut my ribs in to 3 and 4 rib groups. I put them in the crock pot before work, with the listed ingredients. Then I put everything in the refrigerator and had my son put them into the crockpot at a little past noon. When I got home at a little after 6, they were falling apart tender. The smell from the crockpot was amazing. I don't think I'd eat them right out of the crockpot, but with some added barbecue sauce they are very good. Cooked as is they are very tender. This recipe creates fall apart, tender ribs. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.

I was just saying that is our new quick go-to rib recipe! The blend of ingredients is perfect, much less potent that I thought they would be. These were cooked on high for 5 hours but could have been done earlier. We enjoyed these on rice and made sure to use some of the delicious sauce on it. Made for Almost 5 tag game. Thanks weekend cooker! :)

I started to learn to cook, after I got married, when my wife started working nights, and I couldn't get around because I had my entire left leg rebuilt.
