  • Divide chicken into pieces.
  • Fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking pan.
  • Mix yoghurt with egg white and cornstarch until smooth.
  • Pour over chicken pieces.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  • Finely chop mint leaves and mix into yoghurt after 20 minutes.
  • Serve with vegetables and rice.
