12 cheese sticks

ingredients
- assorted cheeses ie. mozzarella cheese, cheddar, pepper jack
- egg roll wrap
- oil (for frying)
directions
- Cut cheese into sticks and wrap with egg roll wrap. wet the edge of wrap and press to seal.
- Gently drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Let them sit for a minute and serve with salsa, sour cream, marinara, ranch-what ever your taste!
