ingredients
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
- 1⁄3 ounce almonds
- 1⁄3 ounce walnuts
- 1⁄3 ounce pistachios
- 1⁄8 cup dried cherries
- 1⁄8 cup dried cranberries
directions
- Mix all ingredients and eat immediately.
- OPTIONAL: Mix several servings of dry ingredients, cover and use within 1-2 weeks. When ready to eat, add honey and milk to amt of serving of dry ingredients then serve.

Very tasty, super easy; this is my new favorite breakfast! It's wonderful both as posted, and as a general guide (1/2 cup rolled oats, plus 1 ounce any nuts, plus 1/4 cup any dried fruit, plus 1/2 cup milk-of-choice, plus a drizzle of liquid sweetener).
