  • 23 cup cream
  • 34 cup milk
  • 5 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 3 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 12 cups hot espresso or 2 12 cups rich coffee
  • 9 tablespoons Frangelico

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the cream and milk until hot.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the white and milk chocolate pieces.
  3. Let sit for several minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  4. Whisk in the cocoa; stir in the espresso and Frangelico.
  5. Serve hot in pre-warmed mugs.
