  2. Made this tonight, I haven’t started frying the chicken yet, but here’s the batter and the chicken as the await a hot oil bath. I also add some black pepper and some cayenne to the mix.

  3. This was a great recipe to use. I used it to make chicken nuggets as I wanted something different from crumbing them. Will try this on fish next time.
     
  4. I tried this batter and it did not turn out the color showing. Mine was very dark. Should I have boiled the chicken first. Alleared it was almost getting ready to burn color. Pan on low setting.
     
  5. Our mahi mahi was dressed up in a fine batter! Excellent- thank you!
