Fish Creole Style

"I simply love things made in the oven and this is no exception. I enjoy this with brown rice, fresh green beans and fresh sliced peaches when I have them."

  1. Very simple, tasty and healthy recipe, set off our Alaskan halibut perfectly. The lemon juice helped to brighten the taste. Our fish was partly frozen, so I added the juice from my canned diced tomatoes; when it started to bubble, I knew the fish had cooked through. Made for Zaar Stars tag game.

  2. This was simple to prepare, and had good flavor - it jazzed up my fish nicely!

  3. I had a busy day yesterday and didn't get home to make dinner until 8 PM. This was very quick and simple to throw together and, most improtantly, delicious as well. Thanks, Annacia!

  4. I made this exactly as posted, and it smelled great while cooking.....as well as tasting great! I think I would add some garlic and some creole seasoning next time. I did add some hot sauce, but I think I might chop a jalapeno to thrown in as well....I tend to like things spicy. Thanks for sharing....made for Zaar 123 Tag.

  5. Not only does this look attractive it tastes wonderful. I used Basa filets and instead of red pepper sauce I chopped 3 Serrano peppers - Just the right amount of heat. This will be made again and again Thanks Annacia for a great fish recipe
