- 300 g fish fillets
- 200 g potatoes
- 4.92 ml turmeric
- 1419.54 ml water, for boiling
- 4 cardamom
- 118.29 ml olive oil

Other Ingredients
- 44.37 ml coriander, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 14.79 ml ginger, fresh
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml black pepper
- 2.46 ml coriander powder
- 1-2 chili
- 4.92 ml cumin
- 4.92 ml fish seasoning, mixture or 4.92 ml curry powder
- juice 1/2 lemon
directions
- Boil the peeled potatoes with fish and turmeric and cardamom in the water.
- Boil for 15-20 minutes.
- Lift the potatoes and fish from the water and leave to cool completely.
- Put them in a chopper with onion and other ingredients.
- Form into about 12 Kofta.
- Brown in oil, about 6 minutes on both sides.
