  1. This is a fairly easy, very delicious fish stew. I made it with thresher shark (abundant in my neck of the woods) and omitted the celery. My husband & I loved it. He made me promise to save it to our own cookbook so he could find it quickly. This is a definite keeper!

  2. Recipes that call for fish with tomato are a dime a dozen and the flavour combination is very jaded. When I saw this beauty I knew I had to make it! I did not alter one thing of this full flavoured wonderful stew recipe and served it with warm crusty bread rolls to mop up the sauce. Definitely a keeper. Thanks Mike.
