Directions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Saute onions in butter until lightly browned.
  3. Arrange fish on top of onions and sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Add the water.
  5. Cover, bring to a boil and then lower heat to low.
  6. Cook for 45 minutes.
  7. Divide fish onto two plates.
  8. Stir sour cream into onions and liquid left in pan.
  9. Serve sauce over fish.
