  • Heat olive oil in pan
  • Add garlic, onion, shrimp and spices. Saute until onion and garlic are soft.
  • Add water/broth, undrained tomatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil.
  • Lower eat and simmer for an hour. Just before its ready, add salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  • Enjoy!

I'm 22 years old, I'm engaged (the wedding is August 1st, 2009) and I really, really love to cook. I'm really thinkig about going to culinary school. It probably won't go anywhere, but I will be just that much better at doing something that I really do love. I love making recipes from scratch. Or at least far more from scratch than any of my friends (or even their moms) think about doing. There is just something beautiful, amazing, scientific, and awesome about taking FOOD and turning it into DINNER.
