Flaxseed (Linseed) Butter

ingredients
- 1 cup flax seed (Linseeds)
- 9 teaspoons flax seed oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Preheat oven to GM 5 (375 f).
- Spread flaxseeds onto oven tray
- Roast seeds for 10 minutes.
- Grind roasted seeds in electric grinder/blender.
- Empty ground seeds into mixing bowl and mix with Flax oil and salt until it looks like a nut butter.
- Store in opaque container in fridge.
