Flinn Family Bread Machine Pizza Dough

"I got this recipe from another website and tweaked it for our tastes. You may want to add a bit of Italian seasonings i.e. oregano, basil, rosemary. I've made it both ways."

  1. Excellent crust! The beer really adds a nice flavor. I used the garlic salt, but only half of the garlic powder, and replaced it with an equal amount of onion powder. I added some Italian seasoning as suggested. Crust turned out very soft, not crunchy, which is just how we like it! Thanks for this addition to my pizza repertoire.

About me...huh, not sure what to write here. I work as a cook at a Retirement Community. I've always had a passion for cooking, got that from my father. However feeding over 300 residents a day is a bit hectic (remember that when you're feeding a family of 4!) I'm married 8 years (as of 2007) to my lovely wife Rochelle. She is a vegetarian, so I had to learn to cook vegetarian! We don't have any kids...yet...but we have an American Bulldog named Huckleberry. My pet peeves??? Stupidity! Update: Nov 3rd 2008, my son Donovan was born!
