  • Beat sugar and butter together until creamy.
  • Add eggs and beat slowly.
  • Add flour and baking powder slowly and beat.
  • Add milk and beat.
  • Empty tin of pie apples into the mixture and pour into an oven proof dish.
  • spinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.
  • Bake at 180 C for 1/2 an hour.
