Flounder With Parmesan Crust

"I made this with Sole, the horseradish gives it a great zip. Mine took a little longer to cook almost 10 minutes. Points 3."

Reviews

  1. Loved it!

  2. I am re-doing my review after trying to cook the rest of my flounder with a different recipe, and it also turned out extremely mushy. I have decided it was probably the quality of my fish that was at fault rather than this recipe. I had never cooked flounder before and just bought the fish because it was on sale. Now I know why it was so cheap!

  3. Very good fish dish! Easy to make and easier to eat, and I'm not that fond of fish. Will go into my cookbook, for sure. Thnx for posting, Dancer.

  4. I made this with flounder. It was very good and easy to make. Everyone ate it. I would also add more horseradish next time.

  5. Very tasty and easy! Next time, I'll probably add more horseradish, but I'm a nut about horseradish. I liked the deviled taste too, as another chef mentioned. This was excellent and will be a regular on my plate when the rest of the family wants beef. :D Thanks so much! UPDATED, made this again and used 2 times the horseradish. It was perfect for my taste buds!

Tweaks

  1. Used lime instead of Lemon. Parmgiano Reggiano and a specialty Gouda because I had no parm

  2. Quite good. I used low fat mayo instead of yogurt. Also topped with some seasoned bread crumbs.
