  • Soak chickpeas in 4 inches of water for 24 hours.
  • Drain beans and transfer to a blender will all other ingredients. Process until smooth, scraping the sides often. (Add 1-2 tbsp water if necessary, but keep mixture as dry as possible).
  • Heat oil to 350.
  • Form mixture into balls or patties on each side until browned, not more than 5 minutes.
