I don't normally write reviews, but this recipe didn't have any yet, and I thought it ashame. I tried the recipe, and it was easy. The biscuits turned out light and fluffy. I liked the recipe because it didn't call for buttermilk. I normally don't have buttermilk, and I hate to run to the store just to make bread. I know most recipes call for a 450 degree oven, but I like to adjust my oven down a bit. That was the only change I made. I will use this recipe from now on. Thanks for sharing it!
