ingredients
- 8.50 g sugar-free lime gelatin, 2 package
- 59.14 ml boiling water
- 340.19 g fat-free key lime yogurt, 2 - 6 ounce cartons
- 226.79 g frozen fat-free whipped topping, 1 carton, thawed
- 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust, 8 inches
directions
- In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Whisk in yogurt.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Pour into crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Here's how I make mine Sugar free lime gelatin any brand 2 pkgs small,1/4C.instead of water use lime juice freshly squeezed or in container adds extra lime flavor,Stevia 3 Tablespoons to make sweet or to taste U can even use Water Enhancer lemon lime,fat free or low fat Cream Cheese or Sugar Free Pudding 1 small box made with fat free Sour Cream 1/4C. mixed with water & Lime juice 1/2C.each,8 ounces fat free cool whip.(You can even use Corn Starch to thicken up the lime Juice.Mix 3 Tablespoons with hot tap water add to the lime juice,b4 adding to the Sugar free gelatin.

Quick, easy and delicious! I usually make my own graham-cracker crust, but since I was making this in the motorhome, I used a ready-made one. This is a nice, light dessert. I am going to try it next time with raspberry jello and raspberry or mixed berry yogurt, or maybe black cherry jello and yogurt! This will be a good summer dessert because it doesn't require an oven :) Made for Spring 2010 PAC.
