  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Grease 1 1/2-quart round casserole dish.
  3. Cut bacon slices into thirds. Cook and stir bacon in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until almost crisp.
  4. Add onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until bacon is crisp; drain.
  5. Spread bacon and onion in the bottom of the casserole dish.
  6. Beat the Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper with hand beater until almost smooth.
  7. Slowly pour egg mixture over bacon and onion; sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
