"Olive oil and balsamic vinegar is a classic Italian topping on a whole bunch of things, salad included. The tangy balsamic pairs really well with sweet apples and salty feta cheese, and nuts add protein to this salad. <br> PROTIP: The vinegar in this dressing will burn your greens, so only dress your salad right before you serve."

  • Slice up all vegetables and tear lettuce into small pieces. Toss together in a large bowl.
  • Top with nuts and cheese.
  • In a small cup, mix the oil and vinegar.
  • Dress the salad JUST before serving by adding 1/2 of the dressing, mixing well, tasting, and adding more if needed.
