1. This recipe is also good for children who need a little extra "boost" in their diets and adults like me who need to get adequate calcium and protein but due to my small stature and high metabolism I often can't eat enough in one day to fill my dietary requirements. The change in taste of the liquid milk with the addition of the powdered milk is almost unnoticeable. This is also great recipe for pregnant and/or nursing mom's to use to ensure their adequate dietary requirements, as well as people with osteoporosis or bone fractures.

 2. This is a very tasting milk for people with cancer, especially for children. I actually gave this one to one of my cancer patients and she loves it very much.
lung cancer symptoms

 3. Made this recipe with the milk and milk powder option and added vanilla to flavour it up a bit for my DM. I made this for her as she is at the tail end of her Cancer treatment and has a very difficult time swallowing.
She said it was very rich and tasty. Thanks for sharing your lovely recipe Rita.

 4. I get skinny when I breastfeed so this is a good way of getting a few extra calories.
