Frappe Cappuccino

"This tastes exactly like a mocha flavored Frappe Cappuccino drink you can buy at the big espresso companies. Tip: For the double strength coffee, I usually take a coffee cup, fill it with cold water, and stir in two spoonfulls of instant coffee. I stir it until all of the coffee grounds are dissolved. My favorite type of instant coffee is Tasters Choice."

  1. Very good copycat! I made mine like the Brownie Frappucino from Starbucks and it was worth saving the $4.65 for a venti glass! Here is what I did: Omitted the sugar and added brownies to the blender. After pouring in my glass I added whipped cream and drizzled chocolate syrup.

"WOW, Mmmmm and Yum "best sum up how I reacted when I tasted the first sip of this amazing beverage this evening after being horribly tired with a horribly difficult problem in my computer assignment(I am a final semester IT student):) This tasted like it came from the hands of a professional frappucino maker! You deserve 2 awards - 1 for posting this and 1 for making my day! Thanks for sharing such a nice frothy beverage here on Zaar! I am in coffee heaven right now sititng here sipping this and posting this review....mmmmmmmmmmm :) And since I had just a bowl of cornflakes and a red apple for lunch, I'm having this half guilt free too! LOL...Thanks for sharing this recipe! Oh and I did add almost 10 ice cubes(small ones) to my glass and it's cold and yummy!

  4. This was a lovely iced cappuccino. It was so quick and easy to make with wonderful results. I made the recipe as written but used a combination of 1% milk and Baileys Hazelnut Creamer. So delicious, thank you so much for sharing this recipe, which I made for Spring Pac 2014.

  5. I made one of these yummy creations this morning as part of my Spring celebration (Spring is a big deal up here in the Great White North!). I made just as directed and was rewarded with a thick and delicious coffee delight. Made for PAC, Spring 2014.
