Free-Style Pork Chops

  • Preheat oven to 325°F Season pork chops with pepper and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, roasted red peppers, black olives, basil, olive oil and garlic. Toss to mix.
  • In a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat, heat canola oil; reduce heat to medium and add pork chops. Fry chops for 30 seconds on each side, just to brown.
  • Pile feta mixture evenly over 4 chops, covering them entirely. If you don't have an oven-proof skillet, place chops on a baking sheet. Place chops in oven and cook for 5 minutes or until pork is just cooked with a hint of pink inside.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
