Directions

  1. Place first 5 ingredients in your bread machine according to machine directions.
  2. Start the Dough program on your bread machine.
  3. When dough is finished, then place on lightly floured surface and roll into large rectangle.
  4. Roll up tightly starting with the longest edge, press seams to seal and tapering each end.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover and let rise until double-- about 40 minutes.
  6. With a knife, cut 3 diagonal slashes across the loaf.
  7. Combine glaze ingredients and brush on generously.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes or until done.
