- 1⁄4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1⁄2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1⁄4 sweet onion, finely chopped

- Blend all ingredients together in a processor and serve.

Made for Aus/NZ ~ Make My Recipe #7. This was okay, but I felt that it needed a little more substance as it was very thin. I added 1 t of ground mustard and 1 t honey to improve the thickness and flavor.
