  • 4-6 thin pork chops
  • 236.59 ml flour
  • 473.18 ml French-fried onions
  • 1 egg
  • 59.14 ml milk
  • vegetable oil (for frying) or olive oil (for frying)

directions

  • Mix egg and milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix flour and onions.
  • Dredge porkchops in egg/milk wash followed by flour/onion coating.
  • Fry until golden.

  1. Excellent dish. I really love the extra crunch that the French-fried onions give it - and so flavorful too. I made some mushroom gravy in the pan after the pork was cooked to serve with it (beef broth, mushrooms, corn starch, and a bit of sour cream mixed in for extra creaminess), and it was a perfect pairing. Thank you for a great recipe - I will be making this again! Reviewed for PAC.

  3. So GOOD! I needed something new for pork chops and I found it. Thanks for the great recipe. Great even without gravy. Made Potatos Au Gratin with them and it was a great combo. Definitely a keeper!
