Directions

  1. Caramelize onions in large soup pot with butter, bay leaves, thyme, salt and peper. Stir frequently and let caramelize for about 40 minutes over meduim heat.
  2. Deglazed pan with wine for a minute stirring constantly. Add stock, worcestershire and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Simmer 15 minutes.
