- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl together with a wisk.
- Pour in and cook in a pan like you would plain scrambled eggs.
- Enjoy.
