I'm an American vegetarian living in Switzerland. I used to visit this site for new ideas for lunch in the kindergarten where I worked. I've decided to join after having searched the internet for the french toast lasagna recipe I remember from teenage-hood and couldn't find it. Having to adapt to the Swiss kitchen and finding fun recipes to make vegetarian has been fun for my cooking. My favorite restaurant is my neighborhood Tibetan place: Shangrila. Mostly I like the sitting at a ig table with loved ones and sharing all the dishes with the lazy suan in the middle.
