French Vanilla Cocoa Mix in a Jar

8 pint size jars
ingredients
- 10 1⁄2 cups non-fat powdered milk
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) jars French vanilla flavored coffee creamer
- 3 1⁄2 cups powdered chocolate milk mix (Nestle's Quick)
- 2 3⁄4 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Combine all ingredients and ladle into jars.
- Cover tightly.
- Attach the following directions on a gift tag: French Vanilla Cocoa: Stir 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix into hot water or milk.

I made this using peppermint mocha flavored coffee creamer. Great also stired into coffee. I've tried a number of flavors and all dissappear in no time. Great gift! -
Just got through making a batch of this, got the exact recipe off another site. Excellent! Sometimes, you just want something a little different. Most of mine is going into Christmas baskets for my customers for the holidays. Great recipe! -
I did cut this recipe in half since I wasn't sure I would like it, but yum! This is a very good mix. thanks so very much! Next time I may play with the ingredients to make my favorite preferences stand out more, but its a keeper!
