ingredients
- 5 ice cubes
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons instant french vanilla powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
directions
- Combine ice cubes and milk together in an electric blender, until smooth (approx 1 minute).
- Blend till smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend till foamy (approx 1 minute).
- Serve in a large glass.

A lovely treat for a hot afternoon! I omitted the sugar as the coffee mix I used (French substitute) already had sugar in it. I also added a little extra vanilla! I slurped this down with a few little biscuits as a treat! Made for Comfort Cafe - merci Sweetie! FT:-)
