  • Add chicken, broth, and vinegar to a large nonstick skillet.
  • Heat to boiling; lower heat, cover, and simmer 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Refrigerate chicken in broth for about 1 hour or until cool.
  • Remove chicken from broth (discard broth).
  • Cut chicken diagonally into 1/4-inch slices.
  • Arrange chicken on salad mix; top with berries.
  • Drizzle Raspberry Vinaigrette over salad.
