  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until cherries are coated.
  • Spoon into pie shell and top with pie crust.
  • Fold edges under and flute, cut slits in top of crust.
  • Bake at 375 for 55-60 minutes.

  2. My first ever cherry pie and made it from cherries picked from our tree. So simple once the cherries were pitted (has to be an easier way for this) but loved the sweet, tart flavor and the texture was so good and not runny and messy. Perfect.
