  1. Select 4 tall glasses.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/3 cup water.
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Remove the sugar syrup from the heat and let cool.
  5. In a pitcher, stir together the sugar syrup and the juices.
  6. Fill the glasses with ice.
  7. Divide the citrus mixture among the glasses and top with sparkling water.
  8. Garnish with lemon peel strips and serve at once.
