Ingredients Nutrition
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries (you can use either 12 or 16oz bag)
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin (2pkg)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
Directions
- 1. Put Cranberries and sugar in food processer and grind to medium coarse.
- 2. Let stand 15 minutes.
- 3. While berries are siting mix Gelatin and orange together.
- 4. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- 5. Melt Gelatin mixture is a double boiler (or microwave).
- 6. Combine Berry mixture with melted Gelatin, Pineapple and pecan.
- 7. Put into a gelatin mold to chill or decorated the top of the salad with whole pecans and cranberries and chill till firm.
