- 1 cup fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄8 - 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Do not shake in dressing in a salad dressing shaker, the cream will become too thick to pour!
- Chill in fridge till ready to serve.

Just like my grandma used to make! I will never forget the huge garden she had, and in the summertime having fried chicken (that she butchered, cleaned, and cut up), sliced tomatoes, creamed baby potatoes and peas, and fresh salad greens with this dressing.
