Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups confectioners' sugar (icing sugar)
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest of
  • 14 teaspoon edible lavender flowers, crushed (optional, or a teaspoon fresh lemony herbs such as lemon verbena or lemon balm, finely minced)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the confectioner's sugar and the juice and zest of 1 lemon. Stir in the lavender flowers or lemony herbs, if using.
  2. Drizzle over warm scones, cookies/biscuits, or cakes.
  3. Note: You may also use other citrus such as oranges or limes, in place or with the lemons.
