  2. Add parsley and saute 5 more minutes.
  3. Add broth and half & half.
  4. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in sour cream,salt and pepper.
  7. Can be reheated but DO NOT boil.
