  1. Place Salad ingredients in large salad bowl. If the clementine sections are large you may wish to cup them in half.
  2. Place fennel, onion, and garlic in food processor or blender and blend until an even puree. Add Salt and Vinegar and combine. Slowly stream olive oil in until mixture is emulsified.
