  1. These were very good, but not absolutely fantastic. They definitely do need more peaches and a cinnamon strussel topping would be a great addition. I'm not sure if I'll make these again. They weren't bad, but I think I'll keep looking as far as peach muffin recipes go.

  2. Very nice recipe! I used 1 and a half cups of peaches, and sprinkled the tops with cinnamon sugar .. thanks!

  3. These are very easy to make but on the bland side. Nest time I'll add a cinnamon streusel topping. Also don't try to use paper muffin cups. They stick and it's hard to get the paper off without pulling the muffin apart.

  4. This was my first muffin recipe that i had ever made and now i am sure i will be making it every year when the peaches re ripe for the rest of my life! Thank you so much for the recipe!

  5. My family adored these muffins. Since they use shortening and such a small amount of cinnamon, I was afraid they might be bland. I was pleasantly surprised to find them very moist and enjoyable. The flavor of the muffins really complimented the fresh peaches. I think the key to this being a great muffin is having great peaches to work with. The only think I plan on doing differently next time is mixing the cinnamon with the flour rather than the wet ingredients since I had trouble with it clumping together.
