Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 baked 9 " pie shell
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 14 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons peach Jell-O

Directions

  1. Slice fresh peaches into bottom of baked pie shell.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients (except Jello) in saucepan and cook until thick and clear.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Jello.
  4. Pour over fruit. Cool until set. Serve with real whipped cream.
