Fresh Salsa

"There are so many different salsa recipes but we really like this one, which has lots of cilantro. If you don't like cilantro, you may want to hit the back button and look for another recipe! Habanero peppers are among the hottest so be sure to wear gloves and don't touch your eyes while handling them. You can use a jalapeno instead, if you can't take the heat."

  1. This...is...amazing....salsa! Sorry for the breathlessness, but I've just finished tasting this and am very excited! The perfect combination of ingredients here. I can't get a habanero here, just used the local Middle Eastern hot peppers, which are really popping! I love addition of the cumin, it really makes this unique, and the sugar gives it just enough sweetness to tame the heat. We're going to have these tonight with toasted pita wedges drizzled with olive oil. Thanks, I think I'm in love already!
