1/2 pint cream
ingredients
- 1⁄2 pint whipping cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon orange zest
- fresh strawberries, rinsed
- 1⁄3 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- dark chocolate, finely grated
directions
- Whip cream until stiff.
- Fold in powdered sugar and orange zest.
- Stir in sour cream until well blended.
- Spoon over strawberries and garnish with finely grated dark chocolate.
