  • Core and hull pineapple, reserve juice. Slice pineapple into bite-size chunks.
  • Peel, clean, dice all remaining fruit as desired.
  • Mix all fruit together.
  • Whisk 1-3 teaspoons honey with reserved pineapple juice.
  • Poor over fruit and toss gently to coat. Best when served chilled.
