  1. Very tasty! And it's so easy to prepare, so you can have it on your table in such a short period of time. We enjoyed these with our breakfast recently, and it really added a nice touch to our morning. But it would be an excellent dessert dish, too. Thank you, Dienia B.

  2. Delicious! The only thing I did different is I used only 2 Tbsp. oj and 2 Tbsp. rum during the last minute of cooking. It was wonderful and I served it over top of vanilla ice cream. A very quick and easy dessert. I will definitely be making this again.

  3. This was excellent! Great combination. I made this for WT3. Thanks for posting. Rita

  4. my husband made these a while back... I think he followed everything except he used regular OJ (not concentrate) and omitted the walnuts. We served the bananas with cuban black beans and rice and heartily enjoyed them! Thanks for posting! PS.. I was going to make these again tonight and reread my review... We didn't use the walnuts either, since we were serving it with our main dish and not for dessert. :) Sounds yummy though!

  5. This is so good! This can be served on top of vanilla ice cream and a slice of pound cake. I pass the walnuts separately for each serving. Make sure you have firm bananas.
